A customer can ask for the refund only within 12 Hours of the purchase.
No Refund will be given to the customer after 12 Hours of purchase under any circumstances.
A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Refund Request email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the purchase.
For the refund, you need to mail at email@example.com In the following format with registered email ID only.

- Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (You must have received on e-mail/message when you paid) –
- Reason for refund –
- No refund request will be accepted without the above mentioned details.
